Reports

What the four figures at the top mean#

1. Open Reports in the menu.
2. Appointments (30 days): confirmed appointments in the next 30 days.
3. Planned revenue: total of the prices of these confirmed appointments in the next 30 days.
4. No-shows: appointments in the last 30 days marked as not shown up.
5. Cancellation rate: share of cancelled appointments among all appointments of the last 30 days.

Planned revenue is a forecast based on the prices of the booked services, not a record of payments received.

Appointments per person and most popular services#

Under Appointments per Barber (30 days) you see, for each person, the number of confirmed appointments in the next 30 days and the planned revenue from them. Most popular Services (90 days) lists up to six of the most booked services of the last 90 days, not counting cancelled appointments. The headings use your business's own labels, e.g. for your team and your services.

Register report#

With the register, the page also shows the block Register · last 30 days: Register revenue, services and Products sold at the register, Payment methods, Tips, Discounts, Vouchers sold and Vouchers redeemed. Below that come Top products and Register revenue per Barber (with your team label).

Vouchers sold are not revenue yet. The register is only available for businesses in Switzerland.

Periods and limits of the reports#

The periods are fixed: 30 days ahead for upcoming appointments, 30 days back for no-shows, cancellation rate and the register, 90 days back for the most popular services. The reports have no custom period and no export. The figures are recalculated every time you open the page.
