Shop account (Bookelva admin app and web admin)#

The shop account is your login for the web admin and the Bookelva app. To delete it:

1. In the app: open More → My account → Delete account, enter your password to confirm and confirm.
2. Without the app: send an email to support@bookelva.ch. Include your shop address (e.g. myshop.bookelva.ch) and the email address of your login, and send the email from exactly that login address.
3. Bookelva confirms receipt and deletes your account within 30 days.

Staff and other admins are deleted immediately. If you are the last person with the Admin role, the deletion means the shop is closed. Bookelva then contacts you for confirmation.

What is deleted and what is kept#

Deleted: your login, your name, your email address, your passkeys and the push registration of your devices. Kept: the shop's booking and invoice data, as far as the law requires it (in Switzerland 10 years for accounting records and vouchers, Art. 958f CO). If you close the shop, an export stays available for 30 days after the contract ends, then we delete all of the shop's data within 60 days. The exact periods are listed in the privacy policy.

Appointments and customer data belong to the business. If a single person deletes their login, they are kept.

Bookelva account (customer app Bookelva Go)#

The Bookelva account is the optional account of the customer app Bookelva Go. Open https://konto.bookelva.ch/konto-loeschen, sign in and confirm. The account is deleted immediately, together with its sign-in methods and your list of businesses. Appointments stay with the respective business, which is responsible for them.
