Yes. You start on yourbusiness.bookelva.ch and from the Pro plan you can put your own domain in front at any time, for example bookings.yourbusiness.ch. Logo and accent colour are yours anyway.
Client data belongs to your business, not to us. You can export clients, appointments and revenue and take them with you, even if you leave.
No. Basic costs CHF 5.– a month, billed yearly (CHF 60.–). The subscriptions (Starter CHF 39.–, Pro CHF 89.–, Business CHF 169.–, Premium from CHF 299.– per month and location) can be cancelled monthly, with no setup fee and no commission per booking.
Your booking page at yourbusiness.bookelva.ch, round-the-clock online booking for 1 person, cancellation and rescheduling by clients, e-mail confirmation and the admin app. For CHF 5.– a month, billed yearly (CHF 60.–). E-mail reminders and calendar sync come with Starter; own domain, logo, reports, deposits and SMS from Pro. You can switch anytime, your data stays.
CHF 15.– per person and month, from Pro. Basic and Starter are for 1 person, Pro includes 5 — every additional person costs CHF 15.–, with their own booking link, their own calendar and their own working hours. In Business and Premium everyone is included at no extra cost. In practice: from 11 staff Business is cheaper than Pro.
E-mail confirmations are included in every plan, e-mail reminders from Starter. SMS reminders are available from Pro: in Pro you only pay for the SMS you send, Business includes 100 SMS per month. We tell you the price per SMS in advance.
Yes. You get a ready-made “Book appointment” button and an iframe to embed. If you have no website, link the booking page directly from your Instagram bio or Google profile.
Bookelva earns exclusively from the subscription: no sharing and no selling to third parties. Every business gets its own, separate database. Server location and data processing are detailed in the privacy policy (German).
Under 30 minutes. You start with an industry template, adjust services, prices and working hours and connect the calendar. Copy working hours to other days with one click.
Only one gets the slot. Double bookings are prevented at database level. The second attempt immediately sees that the time is gone and can choose another.
